Police stop tractors after BOTH drivers spotted using their MOBILE PHONES at wheel

The drivers of two tractors have been stopped for using their mobiles at the wheel.

Roads policing officers from Wiltshire Police pulled the tractors over just outside Trowbridge after spotting them using their phones while driving the machines on the A361 in Rode.
