A busy car park in Trowbridge will close for five days for urgent concrete repairs.
Wiltshire Council says the work is necessary to ensure the car park remains safe and functional.
The St Stephen’s Place multi-storey will be shut from Monday 11 August to Friday 15 August, with reopening scheduled for Saturday 16 August.
Cllr Helen Belcher, Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Regeneration and Assets at Wiltshire Council, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this closure, but this work is essential to keep the car park safe and usable in the immediate future.
“We were originally advised that the work would take two days. However, the extent of the work required means that it is now scheduled to last five days.”
She added: “We appreciate people’s understanding and patience while this work is carried out.”
