Police are appealing for help identifying the driver of a van who may have witnessed a serious crash in Swindon last month.
Emergency services attended a road traffic collision on Okus Road, Old Town, at around 3.30pm on Monday 10 June.
A KTM 125 motorcycle was travelling along the road from the direction of Bath Road – when it collided with a Nissan Qashqai turning right out of Curie Avenue.
The motorcyclist, a 19-year-old man, was taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries, where he remains for treatment today (Thursday).
The van, pictured in CCTV footage, was immediately in front of the Qashqai and turned right onto Okus Road shortly before the collision took place.
Officers said they are unable to make out the van’s registration or any identifiable branding, but the markings on the vehicle are distinctive.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We are keen to speak with the driver as they may have vital information which could assist with our investigation.
“If you can help, please contact us on 101 quoting reference 54250070492.”
