Police have found the body of a missing Swindon man in the Oxfordshire area.
58-year-old Imran was last seen near the railway station at around 9am on Tuesday (20 May).
Today, Thames Valley Police confirmed that he was spotted in Didcot.
However, searches have uncovered the man’s body. The force said that his family have been informed and are being supported.
In a statement, the firce said: “We have some extremely sad news to bring you this evening.
“Earlier today, we asked for the public’s help to find missing man, Imran, who had links to Didcot.
“Tragically, we have found a body in relation to this missing person’s investigation.
“Although formal identification has not yet taken place, we believe the body to be that of Imran.
“His family have been informed and are being supported by the force.”
