Motorists are facing significant delays near the Great Western Hospital after an incident on the A419 in Swindon.
Police are responding to what is believed to be a road traffic collision in the Dorcan area, on the northbound carriageway, this afternoon (Wednesday).
Traffic is building on the A419, the Great Western Hospital in Marlborough Road, on Junction 15 and on the A346 back towards Chiseldon.
Further details are unclear – but motorists should find alternative routes to avoid the disruption to their journey.
