A man who ‘showed a gun during an argument’ has been arrested near Trowbridge.
Police were called to an incident in Southwick at around 7pm on Wednesday (20 March).
Firearms officers were spotted in Fleur De Lys Drive as they responded to the 999 call.
A force spokesperson confirmed that a man, aged in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
He remains in custody for questioning this morning (Thursday).
