A drunk OnlyFans ‘model’ with her child in tow assaulted three police officers.

26-year-old Lucy Goodenough previously pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker and a charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

Swindon Magistrates’ Court today (Monday) heard that the defendant was found highly intoxicated in County Road at 9pm on 11 January – shouting, swearing and making threats towards her partner.

But she wasn’t alone – her young daughter was also in her care. Responding officers removed the youngster from the distressing situation and placed her into a police car.

Prosecutor Keith Ballinger said that despite being warned to calm down multiple times, Goodenough continued to be aggressive and abusive in the street. She then pushed past an officer in order to try and release her child from the police vehicle.

The defendant was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and had to be taken to the ground and restrained. During the arrest, PC Johnston was kicked in his testicles and legs.

Goodenough proceeded to lash out and made threats towards officers. As she was walked to the police van, she kicked PC Neale in the leg and spat in the vehicle’s cage.

At Gablecross custody, she refused to leave the van and had to be forcibly removed. It was then that she kicked a third officer, PC Hope, in the chest.

Mr Ballinger said that the defendant, of Cleverton Court, Penhill, has numerous previous convictions for assaulting emergency workers and being drunk and disorderly.

In 2021, Goodenough was sentenced for racially abusing a detention officer after assaulting another. In 2022, she called a magistrate a “f**king b**ch” after being handed a restraining order for threatening behaviour over social media.

Mark Glendenning, defending, said his client accepts her behaviour in full – adding that she knows she should not have acted in that way.

He said that “clearly drink was a factor” and she has since “shown a degree of insight into how she changes when she drinks”.

Mr Glendenning said the defendant has recently been diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder and ADHD – which are “exacerbated in when she is in drink”.

The OnlyFans ‘model’ is medicated and working with the mental health team to address her issues.

District Judge Joanna Dickens said: “I need to start off by saying that assaults on police are really serious. They do a really difficult job, going out every day and risking their lives.

“You kicked a police officer in the testicles, it’s a terrible thing to do, it’s a particularly terrible thing to do to a police officer. It’s just humiliating, it’s done to humiliate and degrade someone.”

Judge Dickens imposed a 14-week custodial sentence suspended for 18 months, which includes the requirement to complete 40 rehabilitation activity days.

Adding: “If you commit any more offences, you are going to go to prison. You’ve just got to stop.”
