Emergency services are dealing with two crashes on a major route in Wiltshire this afternoon (Wednesday).
Wiltshire Air Ambulance was among the 999 crews sent to the A346 near Ogbourne St George at around 2.30pm.
The road is closed in both directions between Ogbourne St George and Chiseldon – and is likely to remain shut for at least two hours.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We have closed a stretch of the A346 following two collisions on the road between Ogbourne St George and Chiseldon which occurred just after 2.30pm today.
“It’s not believed anybody has been seriously injured, however the road is blocked. The road will remain closed while the incident is cleared.
“Please avoid the area and seek an alternative route.”
