Emergency services were called to an incident in Chippenham just before midday, where a BMW had left the road and fallen down an embankment.
Fire appliances from Chippenham and Corsham were called to the scene, after reports of people trapped in the vehicle on Avenue La Fleche – near the court.
On arrival, the occupant was out of the BMW unhurt.
South Western Ambulance Service also attended the scene and provide precautionary checks to one patient before the incident was left with the police.
