A paedophile has admitted a string of crimes – including asking a girl to carry out a sex act.

Stuart Frank Rose, 49, pleaded guilty to three child sex offences at Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning (Wednesday, 17 August).

Two of the three charges relate to engaging in sexual communication with two children on dates between 14 August 2019 and 23 August 2019 and on 9 April 2021.

The other relates to causing or inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity on 9 April 2019.

In speaking to the children, Rose said numerous concerning things – including:

  • asking her bra size and whether her breasts are pert
  • asking whether she wears dresses and tights
  • suggesting they meet and go to the woods
  • explaining how he would like to push her skirt up and touch her breasts
  • informs her his penis is hard and describes how she should touch it
  • asking whether she is a virgin
  • asking what underwear she wears
  • asking if she would sit on his lap wearing her school skirt and tights
  • asking if her friends’ fathers had taken a sexual interest in her
  • stating he wants to touch her thighs, “get into” her underwear and have sex with her

Magistrates decided the case was too serious to be dealt with in this court, sending the case to Swindon Crown Court for sentencing. A pre-sentence report was ordered.

Rose, of Clementine Road, Oakhurst, Swindon, was released on unconditional bail until his next hearing on 16 September.
