Wiltshire Police need help tracing a man found collapsed in Chippenham.
The casualty was rushed to Southmead Hospital in Bristol after he was located unconscious outside Southernwood Farm, off Frogwell and Sheldon Corner, yesterday (21 February).
The man, who was located at around 7.30pm, is believed to be aged in his 60s, is described as white, six feet tall, of slight build, with slightly greying hair.
He was wearing blue Asics trainers, black short sleeve running top, black running trousers, a blue jumper and a yellow reflective coat, as well as an Iron Man style watch when he was found.
It is believed he had been out for a run when he suffered a medical episode.
He was taken to Southmead Hospital, but unfortunately, emergency services have not been able to identify the man or his family. He is understood to be in a serious condition.
