A total of four people have now been arrested as detectives continue to investigate a stabbing that happened in Swindon after Christmas.
Police were called to a disorder in Canal Walk, in the town centre, at around 3.30pm on 30 December.
A 17-year-old boy was injured after suffering a stab wound during the violence.
He was treated in hospital for injuries, which were not life-threatening, before being arrested on suspicion of affray and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
He was released under investigation for these offences but recalled to prison for a separate matter.
Since then detectives have also arrested three men aged 19, 20 and 21 on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and affray, interviewed them and subsequently released all three on conditional bail while our enquiries continue.
Detective Constable James Rodrigues, from Swindon CID, said: “We hope this update shows the local community that our investigation is very much ongoing and we have now made a number of arrests.
“We would continue to urge anyone with information about the incident to come forward and speak to us.”
