UPDATE 3PM

National Highways say one lane is open northbound, but due to a separate collision on the southbound carriageway, it is now closed.

“1 lane has now reopened on the #A419 northbound between #M4 J15 and #A4259 (#Commonhead Rbt) following the collision”, a spokesperson Twittered.

Adding: “Due to a separate collision on the southbound carriageway, traffic is currently being diverted via the exit and entry slip roads at the roundabout.”
