Fire crews are currently responding to reports of a cow stuck in barbed wire.
Crews from Pewsey and fire officer Wayne Presley are en-route to the incident involving the highland cow in the Pewsey area.
A specialist animal rescue unit from Bath has also been requested to provide assistance.
It’s not yet known if the animal is injured.
