Police were called to reports of youths making threats of violence in Swindon this afternoon.
Around ten officers raced to the scene in Farrfield at just before 2pm, searching the area – including Meadowcroft Playing Fields – but were unable to locate the group.
One male was seen to make off on a motocross bike in the direction of Meadowcroft.
Wiltshire Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
