A Wiltshire Police crackdown has led to nearly 700 drivers being caught speeding in September.
Of those drivers, 624 were offered the chance to attend a Speed Awareness Course.
A further 72 drivers received penalty points and a fine, while three drivers are due to appear in court.
Wiltshire Police said speed limits were in place to protect everyone using the roads.
The force reminded motorists that reducing their speed can make a significant difference whether driving through a village, town or on rural roads.
It also thanked drivers who continue to drive responsibly and help keep Wiltshire’s roads safe.
