A man has been charged after police found him asleep at the wheel of a car in Corsham.
Ross Buchanan, 23, of Academy Close, Melksham, was found in Newlands Road at around 3am on Sunday 16 August.
Chippenham response officers arrested Buchanan after he failed a roadside breath test.
He was later charged with being drunk while in charge of a motor vehicle.
Buchanan provided an evidential breath sample of 76 while in custody, which police said was more than twice the legal limit.
He has been bailed to appear before Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on 6 November.
