A police dog has helped uncover suspected crack cocaine hidden beneath a fallen tree in woodland in east Swindon.
PD Reggie located a bag containing multiple rocks of suspected crack cocaine during a search, with the drugs concealed under ivy beneath the tree.
Wiltshire Police said the stash was hidden in a location that “would almost certainly have gone unnoticed without Reggie’s incredible nose”.
The force said investigations are ongoing to establish where the suspected drugs came from.
In a statement, Wiltshire Police added: “Thanks to Reggie, the drugs were located and removed from the community.”
