A suspected drug dealer from Wiltshire has been arrested after hitting an 11-year-old child off their e-scooter in a crash in Cirencester.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision on a zebra crossing on Querns Lane at around 2.40pm on Thursday afternoon (25 June).

The driver, a man in his late teens and from Cricklade, stopped at the scene.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug and driving without due care and attention. He remains in police custody.
Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
Anyone who saw the collision and has not yet spoken to police is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police via the online form, quoting reference 53260051431.
