A man’s meaty package has been uncovered in a Trowbridge stop and search.
The suspect was arrested following the discovery in Market Place at around 10am on Wednesday morning (18 March).
Police officer had carried out a number of stop and searches in the town centre area following suspicious activity.
A man, aged in his 40s, was found to have a “large quantity of meat”, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police confirmed.
He was arrested on suspicion of theft from a shop and taken into custody for questioning.
