A man has died in hospital after a crossroads smash involving a lorry and a car.
Emergency services responded to the serious road traffic collision at Chelworth Crossroads, on the B4040 near Cricklade, at around 4.20pm on Monday (23 February).
South Western Ambulance Service said four people were taken to hospital, all believed to be from the Toyota Yaris – which was struck side-on by a HGV.

A 61-year-old man sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to the Major Trauma Centre at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, where he has since died.
In an update today (Wednesday), Wiltshire Police confirmed that his next of kin are aware.
The driver of the Yaris, a 60-year-old woman, was also taken to John Radcliffe Hospital for injuries not believed to be serious. Two others sustained minor injuries.

“The driver of the lorry remained at the scene and there were no arrests”, a force spokesperson added.
“Our investigation is continuing into the collision.
