Forensics have attended a derelict building in Chippenham amid a murder probe.
Officers were spotted guarding the former Leonora care home in Wood Lane throughout Saturday (7 February).
A forensic team were deployed to the property, reportedly photographing some areas and seizing items for several hours.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that it was in connection to the ongoing murder investigation following the fatal stabbing of Shayne Hambakachere.
The force was unable to comment further about the circumstances.
Officers remained on scene until around 7.30pm, after the building was made secure.
Earlier in the week specialist search teams were combing the Wood Lane area. It’s thought they were trying to locate a weapon or other important evidence.
A 15-year-old boy has been charged with murder and remanded in custody.
