Four escaped horses have been found on the A4 – as police search for the owners.
Thames Valley Police say officers located the animals in the Hungerford area, just over the east Wiltshire border, this morning (Thursday).
The force is asking horse owners to check if theirs are missing and to contact them as soon as possible.
A spokesperson said: “We have found 4 Horses near to the A4 in Hungerford.
“Please check to make sure yours are not missing.
“If you have any information about the horses or if they are yours, please contact us on 101. Ref- CMP 349 of 04/12/25.”
