A police helicopter is circling a Swindon housing estate following an incident.
The National Police Air Service aircraft arrived over Penhill at around 12.30pm today (Sunday).
The focus of its search appears to be the Downton Road area, including Seven Fields.
According to locals, armed police and a drone unit were also present in the vicinity.
Further details about the nature of the incident is unknown at this stage.
