A Chippenham woman has been charged with causing a nuisance or disturbance at a local secondary school.
Amy Street is alleged to have been unlawfully present at Sheldon School on 15 July this year, where she is said to have caused a nuisance or disturbance.
The 39-year-old, of Farleigh Close, Chippenham, is due to appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (7 October).
The offence falls under section 547 of the Education Act 1996, which relates to causing nuisance or disturbance on school premises without lawful authority.
